With a master’s degree in business administration and majoring in human resources, I started as an HR consultant. My yachting career began in 2006 as a junior crew agent. Fast-forward a few years, and I am now responsible for successfully placing talented crew globally.

I joined my first yacht as a deckhand/dive instructor, later joined the interior team, and became the crew cook. I held the house manager position in a private estate in France for many years before moving into recruitment. I now place crew on stunning vessels worldwide.

Born in France, I spent my childhood in South Africa, where I grew up by the sea and developed a love for the yachting industry. In 2022, I relocated back to France. From my previous experience in the cosmetics and aviation industries, I have acquired extensive customer service and office administration skills, which serve me well when I am in contact with candidates at reception.
