Who are we?

This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal information about you. Who has access to your personal information?

  • Yacht captains and crew managers;
  • Aircraft pilots;

  • Organisations or people that we introduce you to;
  • Organisations or people you ask us to share your data with.

However, when we use third party service providers we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the products and services and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your personal information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.

Right to withdraw consent

In the limited circumstances where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. Once we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your information for the purpose or purposes you originally agreed to, unless we have another legitimate basis for doing so in law.

We may change this privacy policy from time to time and we will publish any new privacy policy on our website when we make any substantial updates. We may also notify you in other ways from time to time about the processing of your personal information.
